Return and exchange conditions:
Article 9 of the current Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" provides the consumer with the right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one if the purchased product does not fit in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, provided that the product has not been used and its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document issued by the seller together with the product have been preserved.

The seller is not entitled to refuse the exchange (return) of a product that is not included in the list, provided that it meets all the requirements set out in Article 9 of the Law (commercial appearance, labels, seals, payment document, etc. have been preserved).

Exclusion
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the list of good-quality products that are not subject to exchange or return (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994).
